COVID 19 - UPDATE;
I don't think any of us quite realised or expected what has transpired over the past 7 days.
We will be doing all we can to keep going as normal, including home/remote working, communications with landlords, tenants and contractors and keeping up to date with government guidance in terms of advice for both landlords and tenants.
All appointments over the next 3 weeks will be put on hold/re-arranged until further safety updates have been released. We will still be contactable via email and will do our upmost to return all calls & voicemails left.
All non emergency maintenance will temporarily be put on hold and any urgent repairs, Gas Safeties will worked forwards.
We are obviously concerned about what is to come, about incomes, jobs and our own health and the health of those around.
No matter how bad this thing gets, we are all in the same boat and the best we can do right now is stick together.
Please could I ask for kindness & patience towards our members of staff whilst we work our way together through this difficult time.<?p>
