Any notifiable Change to your signed tenancy Agreement

Such as:

Request for pet's - £50.00 Including VAT

Decorating - £50.00 Including VAT

Changes to tenants/Change of sharer require referencing and a new tenancy agreement at - £100 VAT

If a tenant is removed from a tenancy, the remaining tenant(s) must be re-referenced to confirm affordability. Alternatively, a new tenant may be added, subject to referencing. In both cases, a new tenancy agreement will be required.

Replacement key cutting and or replacement security locks – Cost of replacement

Failure to pay rent due 3% above the bank of England rate interest on arrears

Pets May be considered on a tenancy at an increased rent per pet.
