Aroha was established in 2015, born from a desire to do things differently. After 13 years in a senior sales role within Estate Agency, I knew it was time to take a step back and follow my lifelong ambition: to build a business of my own.
That’s what inspired me to create Aroha. But not just any business, I wanted something more personal, more positive, and more human.
Watching the company grow over the years has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. What started as a vision is now a thriving business built on trust, passion, and a deep commitment to doing things differently. I’m so proud of the team we’ve built, people who truly care, who treat clients like family, and who share the same values that guided me from the very beginning.
For me, it’s not just about buying or selling property. It’s about understanding people, their hopes, their challenges, and their goals, and helping them feel supported every step of the way. I genuinely believe that the relationships we build are just as important as the results we deliver.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my family, especially, making memories with our daughter. I also make space for my own well-being, because I believe that showing up as your best self both personally and professionally is key to serving others well.
Starting Aroha changed my life, and I hope that through our work, we can make a positive difference in yours too.
